Meet the Experts

Sunny is a parent, teacher, pastor, and advocate with decades of ministry experience in Charlotte, Cincinnati, Brooklyn, and Atlanta. A 2023 Prescott College graduate in Social Justice and Community Organizing, she teaches Social Studies and ELA to 5th graders in Georgia and actively serves in community organizations focused on inclusion and education equity.
Victoria (Tory) White passionately follows Jesus and applies her experience in ministry, education, disability, caregiving, and leadership to build up His Body. She is a nationally known speaker and advocate for ministry with people of all abilities. Tory directs the THRIVE program for The King’s Table Ministries, helping churches connect with adult foster care homes. She lives in Holland, MI, worshipping with a small church.
Michele serves as Musical Arts Director, Organist, and Director of Growth and Development at First United Church of Christ in Troy, Ohio. Called to ministry 24 years ago, she is passionate about supporting special needs children and families, inspired by her own special needs son. Michele holds a BA in Psychology and MAs in Special Education and Behavioral Studies. She enjoys reading, ministry creativity, and crafting.
Holly Sharpe is a Certified Special Educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst focused on children and adolescents with exceptional needs. Her ministry passion is equipping the Church to joyfully include people of all abilities. Holly currently homeschools her two daughters and works part-time as a behavior and educational consultant to parents, schools, and churches.
Krissy Richardson is the chaos coordinator (Children’s Ministry Director) at Grace Baptist Church in Warren, Oregon, with 20+ years serving kids and families. She is autistic and passionate about helping children who need extra adaptations to participate in worship. In her rare quiet moments, Krissy enjoys crossword puzzles, National Geographic, and quilting.
