ABOUT OUR REACH
Small Church Ministry is both interdenominational and international.
We believe God works in all size settings (big or small) and using numerical growth as the indicator of success isn’t Biblical. We believe small church ministry isn’t less, but it is different.
Our ministry began in 2020 and, within three short years, we had reached over 1 million people in small churches – and that number just keeps growing! We now have a weekly email reach of over 35K, an active Facebook community of 14K+, and our conference attendees reserved over 9K tickets last year.
We are meeting a need that has been vastly ignored as the majority of church resource publishers, conferences, support, and coaching is aimed at larger churches with bigger numbers and bigger budgets.
Current statistics report 80% of churches are under 100 members, and clearly we are reaching this under-served group. Our audience potential is massive and we are growing fast. If you’d like to connect with this group of people faithfully serving in small churches worldwide, we are your place!

The Small Church Ministry website provides resources, ideas, solutions, and encouragement for healthy small church ministry.
We accept guest blog submissions that meet the needs of our community.
Guest bloggers are not compensated but enjoy the benefit of greater online reach and presence, solid backlinks, and association with an amazing community.

Each live conference typically features 24 speakers. The vast majority of our conference speakers are not professional speakers, but people in small churches sharing small church solutions.
Sometimes we find speakers, and sometimes they find us.
- Preference is given to those involved in our Small Church Ministry communities and familiar with our resources.
- Preference is given to those currently volunteering or serving in small congregations.
- We strive for diversity in race, denomination, age, and church size.

Reserve a virtual expo booth at a live online conference for $200.
After submitting a payment, we’ll send you a form to collect the following information: a < 60 second video welcome, branding info, and a link to your freebie offer (like a value-packed PDF).
You set up your resource and landing page to share; we set up your booth for the conference.

AFFILIATES
We currently offer affiliate opportunities for conference promotion. (Opportunities may be limited.)
In addition to our free live conferences, we offer replay bundle options for purchase. Affiliates earn 40% commission from those who purchase replay bundles through your affiliate link.
Our tiered pricing structure for replay bundles include:
- Fast-action pricing: $39 (Extended Access), $69 (VIP Bundle)
- Early-bird pricing: $59 (Extended Access), $89 (VIP Bundle)
- Conference pricing: $79 (Extended Access), $119 (VIP Bundle)
For easy sharing, we create classy graphics and swipe copy for affiliates to use. The conference promotion period is 2.5 weeks before each conference. Promotion dates and guidelines must be strictly followed.
